Bill Rutherford
is an artist living in Portland, Oregon. Bill, an African-American/Native American artist and son of community civil rights activists, has exhibited his art for over 20 years. His works are in collections from New York to California.

Bill produces art in several mediums including acrylic on panel and canvas; ink; ink wash and watercolor on paper; plaster and paper over armature; wire and wood sculpture.

His work is represented in Portland, Oregon art galleries.
